Tongue & Groove 3-3/8" - 1

This beautiful 3-3/8" - 1 wainscot paneling measures 3.500" wide overall, and the face coverage dimension for installation purposes is 3.375" wide by .375" thickness. The lovely profile comprises a 1/8" wide by 1/8" deep groove on the right, and the tongue on the left side is the same dimension. The void in the t & g joint for seasonal changes in relative humidity is controlled by the left axial cutter head on the molder. The face side consists of a 2-7/8" broad horizontal line with a 1/8" chamfer on one side, a recessed 1/4" wide half-round bead, and a 1/8" beveled line. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined, they create a 1/2" wide beaded v joint between the merged boards.
