Tongue & Groove 4-1/2" - 2

This lovely 4-1/2" - 2 tongue & groove paneling measures 4.687" width by .500" thickness. The overall thickness allows for a 4-15/16" wide blank of resawn six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The small bead profile contains a 7/32" wide by 3/16" tall groove on the right and a 3/16" wide by 5/32" tall tongue on the left. There is a .015" void in the joint section for seasonal changes in relative humidity. The top retains a recessed (.020") 1/16" wide half-circle flanked by two 1/16" broad fillets on the left. This area joins two 1-7/8" flat sections and another half-circle boarded by 1/16" broad line segments in the center. When two pieces of milled lumber merge, they create a 4-1/2" face coverage dimension with a 3/8" wide beaded channel.
