This channel tongue & groove flooring 5" - 4 measures 5.250" overall with a 5.000" face dimension; the thickness is .750"; the grooved profile consists of 21 raised and 22 channels, each measuring just under 1/8" wide and 3/32" deep. The 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep tongue-and-groove has a .006" void in the joint area, with a .031" gap on the bottom side to ensure a snug fit; it also retains a nail groove for the heads of nails or staples to hide during assembly.
