Tongue & Groove 5-1/8"

This exceptional tongue and groove beadboard measures 5-1/8" in length and boasts a 1/4" wide by 17/64" high tongue on the left side, along with a 5/16" wide by 9/32" tall groove on the right side. The top of the pattern features a 3/8" wide v-groove with a 3/16" wide recessed bead in the center, which is surrounded by a 2-3/16" wide flat line segment with a 9/32" bevel and a 3/16" bead on the left edge, and a 3/32" wide chamfer on the right side. The joint area includes a .012" void to accommodate the expansion and contraction of the wood due to seasonal changes in humidity. This board is 5.375" wide and .750" thick, with a recommended rough wood rip size of 5-5/8" using four-quarter lumber. Once two pieces are joined, they create a 5-1/8" face coverage dimension with three embellishing 3/8" wide v-grooves and a center bead.
