This 5-1/8" - 3 (WP-103) tongue & groove siding measures 5.375" overall width and a thickness of .718", requiring a 5-5/8" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The decorative profile contains two 1-1/4" wide horizontal fillets attached to a 1-1/4" wide twelve-degree bevel with a transitional 1/16" wide by 17/64" deep vertical upsloping line. This helps displace moisture away from the pattern's face when installed. When two pieces join, they create a face coverage dimension of 5-1/8" wide, with a .020" void in the tongue-and-groove joint area for expansion and contraction during seasonal changes in relative humidity.
