Tongue & Groove 5-1/4"

This 5-1/4" log cabin siding comprises a 5-37/64" radius convex arc on top. The right and left tongue & groove section has a built-in .125" void for easy installation and seasonal relative humidity changes. The bottom relief cut retains three 1/4" x 1/4" grooves spaced one inch apart with a 1-1/4" flat areas on each side edge of the design. The pattern measures 5.562" in width by 1.750" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using eight-quarter lumber is 5-13/16" wide. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined, they create a log cabin siding with a face coverage dimension of 5-1/4" wide with a 1/8" drip edge on the groove side.
