This double 5-1/2" - 6 v-groove tongue & groove siding measures 5-3/4" broad with a face dimension of 5.500" and a thickness of .750". The unique profile design consists of three templates, the side cutters are capable of milling the tongue, groove, and a 1/2" wide V groove when joined at any width the moulder can produce. The top and bottom knives are capable of milling a 1/2" wide V groove in the center of the pattern milled at 5-1/2" width, as shown in the illustration above; some size variations are capable within the axial range of the machinery being utilized to mill the pattern.
