This Pickwick paneling has been a very popular wall paneling design for many years. This style was widespread back in the 1930s through the 1960s, when anything named Pickwick was very well received. The nickname Pickwick seems to arise from Charles Dickens' first novel, The Pickwick Papers. The profile measures 6-1/4" wide with a 6" face dimension, the thickness is 3/4", the pattern is composed of a 2-3/16" wide detail on one side that consists of a chamfer with two half-round beads and a cove positioned in the center, the other side of the design has a 1/4" chamfer on the edge, when two boards are joined together they create a 2-7/16" wide profile with 3-1/2" of flat between the profiles portions. We have two template designs included in the downloadable DXF file; one is locked to the size you're viewing, and the other has adjustable widths but will require two top spindles on an industrial moulder to achieve that.
