Tongue & Groove 7-3/8" - 1

This beadboard 7-3/8" - 1 tongue & groove siding measures 7.625" width by .750" thickness, requiring a 7-7/8" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The beautiful profile contains a 1/4" wide by 1/4" tall tongue on the left and a 9/32" wide by 1/4" tall groove on the opposite side. The top is a 1/2" wide v-groove with a recessed (.020") bead in the middle. The center gets flanked by a 3-3/16" flat line segment with a 3/8" wide half-circle and chamfer on the left side and a 1/8" beveled edge on the right. When two pieces of lumber are assembled. They create a 7-3/8" face coverage dimension with three equally spaced decorative beaded v-grooves. There is a .008" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity.
