This 5/16" Radius Edge Tongue and Groove Moulding 1/2" – 15 measures .500" thickness with a .331" depth of cut on the right vertical set of cutters, and a .519" depth of cut on the left vertical set of moulding knives, the width is manufactured to desired sizes during the milling process.
The creative profile is comprised of a 1/4" wide by 1/8" tall tongue and groove with a 5/32" radius edge, it also has .006" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of finished milled lumber are joined together they create a 5/16" wide by 5/32" deep radius edge joint on the face side of the merged boards.
