Tongue & Groove 1/2" - 16

This 1/2" - 16 v-groove for tongue & groove or shiplap siding is designed for a six-head industrial moulder with two top cutterheads. The universal profile allows the machine operator to mill to thickness on the first top cutterhead, then mill this v-groove anywhere on the board with the second top cutter head. The set of knives consists of two forty-five degree bevels at 3/8" depth of cut. These cutters are capable of milling a v-groove at any width from .001" to .750" wide, the size is controlled by how deep the moulding knives are set radially on the machinery.
