This 1/16" Micro Bevel Tongue & Groove Moulding 1/2" - 5 measures .500" thickness with a .210" depth of cut on the right set of groove cutters and a .375" depth of cut on the tongue moulding knives, the width is manufactured to any desired size during the milling process.
The profile is comprised of a 13/64" wide by 5/32" tall tongue and groove with a 1/32" forty-five degree chamfer on the edge, there is .005" of void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of finished milled lumber are joined together they create a 1/16" wide micro bevel on one face side of the merged boards.
