This 9/16" tongue & groove paneling measures .562" in thickness; the width is machined to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder/shaper used to mill the pattern. The profile is composed of a 15/64" tall by 1/4" wide groove on the right and a 15/64" tall by 15/64" wide tongue on the left; both sides have a 3/32" wide by 1/8" deep 36.724-degree beveled edge. When two pieces of milled lumber join, they create a 3/16" wide by 1/8" deep v-groove on the face side of the merged boards. There is a .006" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the lumber during seasonal changes in relative humidity.
