This 3/4" - 21 tongue & groove flooring measures .750" in thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber; the width is adjustable to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder or shaper used to mill the pattern. The functional profile is comprised of a 1/4" tall by 3/16" wide tongue on the left, attached to a small nail groove with a 1/32" offset and a small chamfer at the bottom. The groove side consists of a 1/4" wide by 1/4" tall dado, connected to a 1/32" offset and a small bevel on the bottom of the pattern. There is a .005" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity.
