This 3/4" - 72 half-inch wide radiused edge tongue and groove molding measure .750" thickness. The desired width can be adjusted to any required size within the machinery's parameters to cut the pattern. The profile is comprised of a centered 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep tongue and groove with .010" slop in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood. The face side the pattern contains a 1/4" radiused edge so when two pieces of finished milled lumber are joined together they will create a 1/2" wide radiused V groove on a single face side of the joined boards.
