This trim moulding measures 3-1/2" wide, by 2-1/2" thickness, the profile is composed of the following geometrical shapes, 3/8" radius edge on top, a 3/4" tall vertical fillet, 3/8" wide quirk or groove, 1" tall fillet with a 3/8" by 3/8" rabbet on the bottom. The profile design is milled from the left spindle on a moulder, width dimensions could be randomly selected simply by adjusting to desired size.
