This decorative backband 3/4" - 3 measures .750" in width by 1.125" in height. The ogee profile comprises a 1/2" wide by 1/16" deep stepped fillet with a 1/8" radius edge on the top left. It connects to a two-tangent radius ogee with a 3/64" rolled top right corner. The rabbet for the casing to fit into measures 1/4" wide by 11/16" tall. This area is adjustable by an axial movement of the top cutter head. We suggest using 1-3/8' wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling with industrial equipment.
