WM 444 Baseboard/Casing 3-1/2" - 6
This WM 444 baseboard/casing 3-1/2" - 6 is also utilized as a baseboard. It measures 3.500" in width by .687" in thickness. The run-of-the-mill (pun intended) functional profile contains a 3/4" wide horizontal line with a downsloping beveled edge on the top left. It joins a shallow s-shaped curvature with an additional chamfer in the center. The remaining portion consists of a 45/64" broad line with a 1/8" rolled edge on the design's right side. We advocate utilizing 3-3/4" wide rips of four-quarter lumber for milling with commercial machinery. We offer a couple of similar versions of this design that you may want to review and consider, casing 3.218" - 2 and casing 3.250" - 33.
The template design is made to produce widths up to 5-5/8" wide with a simple radial adjustment on the left cutter head on the machinery. If employing this pattern as a casing, you may want to review and consider using backband .750" - 3 on the side edge. Create a stylish and unique casing design for your lovely home or office.
