This single groove 5-1/2" - 67 base moulding measures 5.500" width by .750" thickness, necessitating a 5-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The simplistic profile comprises a 4-1/4" broad flat line segment on the top center. The horizontal line connects to a 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep dado merged with a one-inch wide fillet with a 1/16" eased edge on the design's right side.
