This old world 6" - 151 base moulding measures 6.000" wide by .625" thickness. The pattern will necessitate four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial style molder. The designer profile is composed of a 4-11/32" broad straight line on the left, connected to a 1-3/32" wide cong'e consisting of a 3/16" cove with a 1/8" vertical step, joined to a 9/64" broad line with a two tangent radius ogee leaving an 11/64" thickness dimension on the right side of the pattern. We have a couple of other similar details in the same width but with altered inner dimensions for your review and consideration, baseboard 6.000" - 145 and baseboard 6.000" - 160.
