This modern 7-1/2" - 39 base moulding measures 7.500" width by .625" thickness, enabling a 7-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial-grade molder. The custom profile contains a 6-9/64" broad flat line with an 11/64" vertical step on the top center. The steep drop connects to a 1-7/32" wide 2.942-degree angled line with a 3/32" drop in elevation and a 1/8" horizontal fillet with a 3/64" eased edge on the design's right side. We offer many different styles of door & window casing to complement this detail; here is just one you may want to review and consider, door casing 2.500" - 105.
