This stepped 2-1/2" - 105 door/window casing measures 2.500" width by .750" thickness, enabling the use of a 2-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-grade molder. The tiered profile contains a 7/8" wide by 1/4" tall raised fillet with 3/64" eased edges on the top left. The inside edge joins a 1-1/2" broad flat line with a 3/16" drop in elevation in the center with a 1/8" fillet, leaving a 5/16" thickness dimension on the design's right side.
