Bed Mould 1-1/2"

This 1-1/2" supporting bed mould composes a 1/2" radius quarter round bead on the top left, attached to a 3/16" tall vertical fillet in the center with a 1/4" radius cove joined to a 1/4" wide flat section at the bottom. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angle positions lock the installed height at 1-1/8" tall with a 1" projection across the top. The pattern measures 1.500" in width by .625" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip-size milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) using four-quarter lumber is 1-3/4" wide.
