Bed Mould 1-11/16" - 1

This 1-11/16" - 1 supporting bed mould comprises of a few classic geometrical shapes that are common on bed mould designs. They include a 35/64" radius quarter round arc on the top left, a 7/32" tall flat segment in the center, attached to a 13/32" cove and a 7/32" broad flat section on the bottom right corner. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angle positions lock the installed height at 1-9/32" tall with a 1-1/8" projection across the top. The pattern measures 1.687" in width by .687" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip-size milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) using four-quarter lumber is 1-15/16" wide.
