Bed Mould 1-3/4" - 2 (WM-74)

This attractive 1-3/4" - 2 bed mould (WM-74) measures 1.750" in width by .563" thickness. The time-honored supporting profile features two tangent radius convex arcs on the top left. It connects to a 13/64" vertical line in the center joining a 3/8" cove with a 3/16" broad segment on the bottom right corner. The spring angles set at forty-five degrees, these dedicated back bevels keep the inner portion of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also set the positioned height at 1-7/16" tall with a projection of 1-1/16" across the top. The recommended rough wood rip size for milling sprung (lying horizontally flat) using four-quarter lumber is 2" wide.
