Bed Mould 2-5/8"

This exquisite bed mould 2-5/8" measures 2.625" width by .687" thickness, allowing a 2-7/8" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on a commercial machine. The lovely supporting profile comprises all the classical geometric shapes for these patterns. This detail retains a 1-1/64" convex arc on the top left, connected to a 9/32" vertical line in the center, with a 41/64" cove joined to a 1/4" flat line on the design's bottom right side. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the design parallel to the wall and ceiling after installation. These specific angles lock in the final height at 1-31/32" tall with a 1-3/4" projection across the top.
