Bed Mould 3"

This attractive bed mould 3" measures 3.000" wide by .687" thickness, allowing the pattern to be milled sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber. The lovely supporting profile comprises a one-inch radius convex semicircular arc on the top left, connected to a 13/32" tall vertical line segment in the center, joined to a 45/64" cove with a 1/2" wide horizontal line on the bottom right. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these explicit back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, they also lock in the positioned height at 2-3/32" tall with a projection of 2-5/32" wide.
