This conventional bed mould 3-7/16" measures 3.448" wide by .750" thickness, requiring the use of a 3-11/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat on an industrial molder. The time-honored supporting profile contains a two-tangent radius elliptical-shaped convex arc on the top left. The semicircle connects to a 5/16" vertical fillet in the center with a 1-1/16" cove and a 5/16" horizontal line on the design's bottom right side. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed. These specific angles lock in the positioned height at 2-9/16" tall with a 2-5/16" projection across the top.
