45 Degree Double Chamfer - 19
This double 45 degree - 19 chamfered edge measures 1-1/4" thickness requiring any size width of six-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The basic profile comprises two forty-five-degree bevels at .132" tall and wide, leaving a 63/64" tall flat section in the center with a splay face dimension of 3/16" wide on the top and bottom edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/4 thickness. Machine all four edges simultaneously by producing a set of knives for both the right and left vertical cutterheads.
