Brickmould 2" - 11

This 2" - 11 stucco brickmould measures 2.000" wide by 1.250" thickness, enabling the detail to be milled from six-quarter lumber. The standard stucco key profile is comprised of a 33/64" broad horizontal line with two 3/64" eased edges on top, connected to a small two tangent radius ogee flanked by small vertical lines that transitions into a 1-7/64" broad line segment with a 3/64" eased edge on the right side of the pattern. The left side consists of a 7/64" tall vertical line at the bottom, attached to a 5/16" radius scotia style arc that's used together with exterior stucco siding. We offer a few other stucco key profiles for your review and consideration, brickmould 1.437" - 1, brickmould 1.937" and brickmould 2.625".

The profile is milled with the taller side up against the right side fixed fence on the machinery, this enables the metal hold down the shoe to be moved outward laterally and placed on the broader portion of the profile, this intentional design feature eliminates the need for a custom pressure shoe. The professionally drafted cad dxf file contains two high precision template designs to create cutters for this standard brickmould.
