Brickmould 2-5/8"

This stucco brickmould 2-5/8" measures 2.625" wide by one-inch thickness, enabling the detail to be milled from five-quarter lumber. The custom profile comprises a 21/32" broad horizontal line on top, connected to 11/64" and 5/64" tall vertical steps in elevation, joined to a 1-31/32" broad line segment on the right side of the pattern. The left side consists of a 7/64" tall vertical line at the bottom, attached to a 3/16" radius scotia-style arc with a beveled edge used for exterior stucco siding applications. The detail is milled with the taller side up against the right inside the fixed fence on the machinery, this enables the metal hold down the shoe to be moved outward laterally and placed on the broader portion of the profile, this deliberate design feature eliminates the need for a custom pressure shoe.
