This stylish 2-1/4" - 74 door/window casing measures 2.250" wide by .687" thick. The long-established profile features a 7/16" wide by 1/16" tall raised fillet with a 3/64" eased outer edge on the top left. It connects to a shallow two-tangent radius ogee with a 5/64" vertical step, joined to a 15/16" wide horizontal line with a 1/16" drop in elevation in the center. It's merged with another shorter ogee with a 3/64" rolled corner, leaving an 11/64" thickness dimension on the design's right side. We offer an alternative profile that's machined from resawn six-quarter lumber for your review and consideration, door casing 2.250" - 59. We suggest utilizing 2-1/2' broad blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling with commercial equipment.
