WM 315 Door Casing 2-1/2" - 104
This WM 315 door casing 2-1/2" - 104 measures 2.500" in width by .687" in thickness. The traditional clamshell design comprises a 7/32" eased edge connected to a three-inch radius arc tangent to a nine-inch semicircle with a 3/64" eased edge on the design's right side. We recommend using 2-3/4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling with industrial equipment. Caution: the knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
