This creative 3-1/2" - 214 door/window casing measures 3.500" width by .687" thickness, necessitating a 3-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The decorative profile contains a 31/32" flat line segment with 3/32" rolled edges and a 1/8" quarter round on the top left. The quarter-circle connects to a 1-1/32" sunk fillet in the center. The remaining portion comprises a 3/32" quarter-circle joined to a down-sloping s-shaped curvature with a 1/4" half bead and a 1/4" fillet with a 1/16" eased edge on the design's right side. We offer a small family of mouldings to complement this pattern, crown 4.250" - 8, baseboard 5.250" - 101, and chair rail 3.000" - 41.
