Door/window Casing 4" - 4

This unique 4" - 4 door/window casing measures 4.000" in width by 1.250" in thickness, requiring 4-1/4" wide blanks of six-quarter lumber for machining with an industrial moulder. The prominent profile comprises a 5/8" radius convex arc flanked by 5/32" flat line segments with 3/64" rolled outer edges on the top left. An inner short fillet connects to a 2-5/32" concave semicircle in the center. The shallow cove connects to a thumbnail-shaped arch with two cascading quarter-round circles, leaving a 1/4" thickness on the design's right side.
