This aesthetically unique 5-3/4" - 3 door/window casing measures 5.750" in width by 1.625" in thickness, requiring six-inch wide blanks of eight-quarter lumber for machining with an industrial moulder. The custom profile comprises a 1-7/16" broad, convex arc flanked by 5/32" flat line segments on the top left. In inner short fillet connects to a 4-13/16" concave semicircle in the center. The shallow downsloping cove connects to a thumbnail-shaped arch with 3/32" and 3/16" cascading quarter-round circles, leaving a 7/16" thickness on the design's right side.
