This creative 4" - 51 door/window casing measures 4.000" width by .750" thickness, permitting a 4-1/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The decorative profile comprises three different-sized stepped fillets. The outer left section dimension is 3/4" wide by 1/8" deep; the middle step is 2-3/4" across with a 1/8" drop that transitions into a 1/2" radius edge fillet on the pattern right side. We offer a few alternative profiles with similar design characteristics for your review and consideration, door/window casing 3.250" - 67, door/window casing 3.500" - 47, and door/window casing 4.000" - 158.
