Door/Window Casing 4-1/2" - 52

This beautifully ornate 4-1/2" - 52 door/window casing measures 4.500" wide by 1.750" in thickness, necessitating the use of eight-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The custom profile is composed of a 3/8" wide by 9/64" tall raised fillet with 3/64" eased edges on the top left. It's connected to a 1/8" wide flat line and a 5/8" cavetto joined to a 1/4" wide half-round bead with a 1/16" fillet merged with a 3/32" cove with a 3/32" vertical step. The small step attaches a 1-11/32" wide segment joined to a 5/32" cove with a 3/64" drop in elevation in the center, joined with a 7/8" horizontal line and a 1/16" wide by 9/64" sunk fillet attached to a 3/8" wide half-round bead on the right side of the pattern.
