This traditional 1" - 4 cove mould measures 1.000" wide by 1.000" thickness, necessitating the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The standard symmetrical profile comprises a 1/4" broad segment on the top left, attached to a 3/4" radius cavetto in the middle, leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the right side of the pattern.
