This small 1-1/2" - 2 cove mould measures 1.500" wide by .625" thickness. The symmetrical profile is comprised of a 3/16" tall vertical line on top, connected to a 7/8" radius cove in the center with a 3/16" wide flat portion at the bottom of the design. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height and projection at an identical dimension of 1-1/16" tall and wide. Two high points in the detail were deliberately positioned on the same plane, our disciplined design features will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling, providing the moulder pressure shoe is parallel to the machine bed plates.
