Cove 1-3/4"

This small 1-3/4" cove mould measures 1.750" wide by 3/4" thickness, permitting the detail to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four quarter lumber. The embellishing asymmetrical profile is composed of a 27/64" tall vertical line on the top left, joined to a 25/32" radius cavetto in the center with a 21/64" wide horizontal line segment at the bottom of the design. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these specific back cuts keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 1-9/32" tall with a projection of 1-3/16" wide.
