This 3-1/2" - 1 cove mould measures 3.500" wide by 1.000" thick. The symmetrical profile is comprised of a 1-7/8" radius arc in the center, connected to a 7/16" tall vertical line on the top and a 7/16" broad horizontal line at the bottom. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height and projection at an identical dimension of 2-15/32" tall and wide.
Two high points in the design were deliberately positioned on the same plane. Our disciplined design features will assure excellent hold-down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the bed plates.
