Cove 4-1/4" - 5

This lovely 4-1/4" - 5 cove mould measures 4.243" wide by .812" thick, requiring a 4-1/2" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The symmetrical terminating profile features a four-inch-radius concave semicircle in the center. The cove is flanked by a 1/8" tall vertical fillet on the top left and a 1/8" horizontal line segment on the bottom right. The set spring angles are at 45 degrees ; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed. These specific angles lock the height at 3" and provide a 3" projection across the top.
