This modest 4-5/16" - 1 cove mould measures 4.327" wide by .875" thickness, necessitating the use of five quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial molder. The unpretentious terminating profile is composed of a 1/2" tall vertical line segment on the top left, attached to a shallow 1-1/2" concave semicircle tangent to an 8-1/2" radius cove in the center, joined to a 45/64" vertical line perpendicular to a 3/4" wide horizontal line on the bottom right side of the design. To obtain even hold-down points while milling, the set spring angles are fixed at 16 ° and 74 °. These particular back bevels keep the inner section of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, and set the oriented height at 4" tall with a projection of 1-3/4" wide.
