Cove Mould 4-5/8"

This mid-sized 4-5/8" cove mould measures 4.620" in width by 1.062" in thickness, requiring a 4-7/8" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for machining sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The symmetrical terminating profile comprises a 5-5/16" concave semicircular arc in the center, flanked by a 3/4" tall vertical section in the upper left and a 3/4" flat portion in the lower right corner. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. When installed, these precise back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling; they also lock in the height position at 3-17/64" tall with a 3-17/64" projection across the top.
