WM 100 Cove Moulding 11/16" - 2

This WM 100 cove 11/16" - 2 measures .687" in width by .687" in thickness. This unique split custom cove profile uses fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the time. The symmetrical shape comprises a 1/2" radius cavetto flanked by a 3/16" wide horizontal fillet on the top left and a 3/16" vertical line on the right edge. We recommend utilizing 1-13/16" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling on commercial machinery. We also offer the same profile to cut single if you prefer to mill it that way to use more minor fall-off rips of lumber, cove .687".

Caution: the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device for your machinery before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
