Crown 1-3/4" - 4

This small fancy 1-3/4" - 4 crown mould measures 1.745" width by .687" thickness, permitting a 2" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The lovely terminating profile contains a 5/16" vertical line segment on the top left. The short line connects to a 7/16" concave semicircle tangent off a 35/64" convex arc forming the graceful cyma recta in the center. The remaining section retains a 9/64" tall by 21/32" broad perpendicular lines on the design's bottom right corner. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angles lock in the height position at 1-7/32" tall with a 1-1/4" projection across the top.
