Crown 2-1/4" - 21

This lovely 2-1/4" - 21 crown mould measures 2.250" in width by .625" in thickness, requiring a 2-1/2" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for machining sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The attractive terminating profile comprises a 7/32" tall line segment on the top left. It connects to a shallow 1-25/32" cove in the center, with a small ogee flanked by different-sized horizontal fillets on the design's bottom right corner. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angle positions lock the installed height at 1-5/8" tall with a 1-9/16" projection across the top.
