This Decorative Crown/Cove Moulding 2-1/2" - 14 measures 2.500" wide by .687" thickness, with a .458" depth of cut on both the right and left sets of moulding cutters, and a .299" depth of cut on the top horizontal set of moulding knives.
The symmetrical profile is comprised of a 13/16" radius cove in the center, attached to a small ogee flanked by vertical and horizontal fillets on both the top and bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are set at forty-five degrees, search our bevels category by this degree to find a set of back bevel cutters appropriate for this lovely crown moulding design, these specific cuts set the installed height and projection at an identical dimension of 1-49/64" tall and wide. Four high points in the detail were intentionally positioned on the same level plane, this custom design feature will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the moulder pressure shoe is set parallel to the moulder bed plates.
