This traditional 2-5/8" - 6 crown mould measures 2.625" wide by .750" thickness, permitting the detail to be milled sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four-quarter lumber. The attractive terminating profile is comprised of a 5/16" tall vertical line at the top, connected to a recessed (below the highest points) three tangent radius cyma recta in the center, joined to a 3/16" vertical line and a 13/32" cove with a 3/16" horizontal line on the bottom of the design. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these particular back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 2-1/16" tall with a projection of 1-41/64" wide.
